Insurance Proposal
All answers for the following questions have been answered by the drivers prior to hiring the vehicle stated on this agreement. Only drivers who have given their driving licence information on this form are covered by the insurance.
- Have you had a proposal declined, a policy cancelled or renewal refused or been required to pay an increased premium for motor insurance.
- Have you any physical or mental condition or suffered from diabetes, fits or heart condition?
- Have you been convicted of any motoring offences during the past 5 years or had your driving suspended in the last 10 years, or have any prosecutions pending.
- Have you had any accidents or claims in the past 24 months?
Driver states that the answers above are correct and no additional information is required.
I declare the information given in this agreement is to the best of my knowledge and no information
has been withheld which might influence the acceptance of this agreement. If in the event of an
accident the details above are found to be false I understand the insurance will be void.
Pets
If you have pets during your booking please be mindful of scratches on the paintwork and interior of
the Van.
Statement of Liability
I hearby acknowledge that during the currency of the firing agreement I shall be liable as the owner of the vehicle let to me under the respect of:
- (a)And fixed penalty offence or contravention committed in respect of that vehicle part III of the road traffic offenders act 1977 and
- (b)Any excess parking charge which may be incurred in respect of that vehicle in pursuance of an order under section 45 and/or 46 of the road traffic regulations act 1984
- (c)Any penalty charge incurred under the road traffic act 1991 and traffic management act of 2004
- (d)Any charge or penalty charge incurred under a charging scheme.
I also acknowledge that this liability shall extend to any other vehicle let under the same hiring agreement and to any period of hiring may be extended. As well as the following.
The supplier reserves the right to repossess the vehicle at any moment and without hesitation.
If the vehicle is stolen while on hire to the customer, the customer will be will be required to pay the remainder of the contract.
Cancelations
Cancel anytime a week before date of collection you will get a full refund.
7 days before- 50% refund
48 hours before- no refund
Deposit/Excess agreement
The deposit will be refunded once all checks have been completed same day bank transfer. The excess for the hire will be £500 if you have under 6 penalty points or £1000 if you have 6 or more penalty points.
